Shipping policy

ReplayCanada.ca offers free standard shipping to customers in Canada, with USA and international shipping available to select regions worldwide.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–10 business days. Made-to-order or customized products may take up to 15 business days to process. Delivery within the USA and Canada usually takes 3–10 business days after shipping, while international deliveries may take 1–5 business weeks or longer depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout and do not include these extra fees. ReplayCanada.ca cannot adjust the declared value of an order, as the full value must be disclosed by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any shipping, customs, or import fees related to returned items. If a package is refused, returned to sender, or abandoned due to missed delivery or unpaid customs fees, any related charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Abandoned packages are not eligible for refund.
