Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase required. Used, refurbished, restored, customized, auction, sale, and certain exempt items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
